| | Australian Tax Office (ATO) normally processes the refunds within 14 working days of lodging the tax return. But in few cases there may be delays. Kindly wait for 3 weeks before making any enquiry regarding the refund. Past years’ and amended tax returns take more time to process. |
| 2. | How much do you charge? |
| | The fee for tax return preparation depends upon the complexity of income and deductions involved. The fee for most individual tax returns is $65 (including GST). For more details on our fee, kindly visit Fee and Charges Section of our website. |
| 3. | Can I have your fee taken from my refund? |
| | We can deduct our fee from your tax refund. We charge $20 extra for providing this service. But in case of no refund or reduced refund you have to pay our fee by one of the 30methods specified in our website. |
| 4. | Can I also lodge past years’ tax returns using this website? |
| | Yes, you can lodge your past years’ pending tax returns in the current year. The refund may take more time to process. |
| 5. | How will I get my refund, by cheque or directly to bank? |
| | You can choose your preferred method of getting the refund. You can opt for a refund cheque mailed to your postal address or you can provide your bank details so that refund can go directly to your bank account. |

| | Yes, you will be notified about lodgement of your tax return via email. |
| 7. | What happens if I owe the tax office money? |
| | The tax office will send you a payment advice mentioning the amount of debt and due date of payment. |
| 8. | Do I get the same refund as the estimate provided to me? |

We only provide estimate of tax refund. Although in most of the cases you may expect the same refund as estimated by us, but this amount may change because of any adjustments made by ATO and circumstances beyond our control. |
